Common Educational Guardianship FAQs in the UK
Are you interested in UK Guardianship services? Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions to learn more about guardian requirements and the British education system.
Your guardian should offer pastoral and academic guidance and be in formal contact with the school. Friends or relatives may not have the time to be available 24/7 or know how and when to intervene, often reactively working out issues as they arise. All our staff members at UKG are trained to be proactive, skilled at what we do, and are certified for children’s safeguarding.
Those who are not UK residents and aged over 25 cannot be educational guardians.
On top of that, if you are unfamiliar with the UK’s schooling system, we can help monitor your child’s academic progress just as you would at home, led by our Head of Education, an LSE graduate herself. This would suit students who want to be stretched and challenged or those who would like increased supervision. Your child would benefit from WeCare A++.
