WeCare – 1,895 GBP registration fee: 180 GBP

Perfect for: students who require a comprehensive guardianship service including accommodation and transfer arrangements during half terms and exeat weekends. Parents will have peace of mind knowing their children are being safely looked after in the UK.

WeCare Boost – 2,895 GBP registration fee: 180 GBP

Perfect for: students striving for academic excellence or in need of academic mentoring in addition to extensive guardianship services. We aim to ensure that all students reach their full potential and gain the best possible GCSE, A-level or IB grades while studying in the UK.

WeCare Plus – 3,895 GBP registration fee: 180 GBP

wecare plus educational guardianship
Perfect for: students who have not studied in the UK before, who are under 13 or who might need additional help settling into school. Students are provided with a personal mentor who ensures they thrive in their personal life as well as academically.

Financial management of emergency fund is available to all students (for blocks B, D and E, at least 1,500 GBP should be transferred to the student’s account)
Flexi-Guardianship

A 90 GBP registration fee is application for each block below.

A - ESSENTIAL - 645 GBP

Mandatory for all students. Can only be booked on its own if the student will be travelling home for all school holidays.

  • 24/7 emergency care and assistance
  • Providing official documents as required by schools and authorities
  • Contact with student: at least twice per term
B - HOLIDAYS - 645 GBP

Recommended for students who require homestay and transfers for their school holidays.

  • Arrangement of homestay accommodation*
  • Arrangement of taxi transfers**
  • Arrangement of plane / train bookings**
  • 1 student visit at the homestay per year

* not including accommodation fees, from 45 GBP per night
** not including transport fees

C - COMMUNICATION - 895 GBP

Recommended if the parents would like an experienced professional assistant from UKG to be the main school contact, ensuring no important information is missed.

  • Dealing with regular communication from all departments of the school:
    • Translating and explaining to parents
    • Replying to the school accordingly
  • Contact with student: at least monthly
  • Termly school report with translated summary
D - ACADEMIC - 2,245 GBP

Recommended for students taking A-levels or GCSEs, or who would like additional help with their studies.

  • Attending parents’ evenings with the student plus a report to the parents
  • Termly consultations with school teachers / housemaster
  • Academic progression consultations (e.g. 11+, 13+, 6th Form, UCAS)
  • Arrangement of private tutoring lessons*
  • Providing advice to student on studying in the UK and choosing GCSE / A-level subjects
  • Contact with student: at least every 2 weeks

* not including tutoring fees, from 70 GBP per session

E - EXTRA CARE - 1,375 GBP

Recommended for students who have not studied in the UK before. Mandatory for students under 13 who will be staying in the UK for school holidays and who have not studied in the UK before.

  • Contact with student: at least weekly
  • 2 student visits per year
  • Additional help settling into school/life in the UK
  • Academic performance monitoring
  • Providing a personal mentor to the student
  • Soft skills mentoring (non-academic skills)
  • Arrangement of private tutoring lessons*
  • Optional work experience arrangement service

* not including tutoring fees, from 70 GBP per session
